Recognizing that many accountants work in environments where even an affordable product like iShade Learning may be seen as cost prohibitive, we are pleased to announce that we will grant a complimentary iShade Learning subscription to CPAs, CAs and other accounting professionals who meet the following criteria:

• Work in the accounting and finance function of a duly registered not-for-profit organization. (Complimentary subscriptions are granted at the organizational level and apply to all accounting and finance staff with an active iShade FREE account.)
• Work in the accounting and finance function for the Federal, State or local government, or related governmental entities. (Complimentary subscriptions are granted on a departmental level for governmental employees with an active iShade FREE account.)
• Work in the accounting and finance function of an accredited academic institution OR work within the accounting department of an accredited college or university. (Complimentary subscriptions are granted at the institutional level and apply to all accounting and finance staff with an active iShade FREE account.)

Additionally, students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and majoring in accounting will be granted, upon request, a complimentary subscription to iShade Learning for the duration of their undergraduate career. While accounting students at the very beginning of their professional careers are not yet required to meet CPE requirements, we believe that many might benefit from the courses offered through iShade Learning. As such, we invite them to get a head-start on their careers in accounting by taking the first steps on their individual learning ladders.

In order to initiate your organization, entity or institution's complimentary membership, it will be necessary to set your group up with an official profile (free) on iShade.com. This will allow you to take full advantage of the robust online tools available to iShade members to create, implement and manage your group's custom learning ladder.
