Tailored specifically for the accounting industry, iShade Learning courses teach world-class content that has already set the bar for excellence in the accounting industry as the backbone of leading professional development programs like The Partner Institute and The Leadership Summit. Our courses are primarily non-technical training, but we do include Level 1, 2 and 3 staff training, annual tax and an annual A&A update, and ethics courses as well. iShade Learning utilizes a "one-size-fits-one" approach to learning which means any member of your firm, no matter what stage in their career, can access the training they need when they need it. With iShade Learning, individuals, firm leaders and/or human resource managers can literally map out an individualized training path for themselves, or for others, in a customizable fashion.

Because iShade Learning uses a blended learning approach, it enables firms to leverage a multitude of training mediums. Our multi-faceted technique pairs cost-effective methods with a learning design that meets both individual preferences and firm objectives. Blended learning methods include facilitator-led ("live"), self study, webinars, on-the-job development and suggested reading material.
